Academy programme Developed in consultation with a wide range of leading experts, the Academy aims to translate youthful talent into a successful, long-term playing career by developing the right skills, mental attitude, physical fitness and a superior knowledge of how the game is played. The course also offers a wealth of alternative opportunities to becoming a professional rugby player.
