	This placement would suit... Our volunteers have a good level of general education and are enthusiastic, culturally aware, adaptable and highly motivated. We have worked in Nepal since 1990 when we began to send volunteers to the magnificent Helambu region of Nepal to help rural schools in the area. During our time there we built a new school and have helped educate many hundreds of children from that region, one of whom is currently sponsored to attend university in the UK, learning skills to take back to his home village in Nepal! Due to the political instability in some of the more rural areas of Nepal, we currently have projects in Kathmandu, Nepal, where volunteers are teaching in primary schools.
